The apartment is equipped with a foldable baby crib suitable for babies up to 2 years old.


Cleaning: The apartment undergoes professional cleaning, including changing linens, towels, and restocking of Essential Kits. Daily cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.


Essential Kits: We provide a complimentary set of essential amenities, including soaps, shower gels, shampoos, toilet paper, and detergents. Guests are responsible for restocking these items at their own expense once they run out during their stay.

Important Note: Dubai is a rapidly developing city, where construction activities are a frequent part of the urban landscape. These activities are strictly regulated by the government and are only permitted during standard daytime working hours. No noise-generating work is allowed outside these designated hours, particularly during the night, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Payment terms: Non-Refundable

You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel anytime, including cancellation due to any force majeure events.


Important: To safeguard our property and maintain the condition of furniture, appliances, and fixtures, all guests are required to purchase a non-refundable Damage Insurance or provide a refundable Security Deposit. The Damage Insurance specifically covers accidental damage to the apartment's contents during the guests’ stay. Should a guest opt not to purchase the Damage Insurance, a refundable Security Deposit must be provided at check-in, payable in cash or by credit card prior to access to the apartment. Please note that debit cards are not accepted as a payment method for the Security Deposit. The standard amounts are as follows:

– Studio apartment: Damage Insurance AED 200 per stay or Security Deposit AED 1500

– 1 Bedroom apartment: Damage Insurance AED 235 per stay or Security Deposit AED 2000

– 2 Bedroom apartment: Damage Insurance AED 270 per stay or Security Deposit AED 2500

– 3 Bedroom apartment: Damage Insurance AED 310 per stay or Security Deposit AED 3000

– 4 Bedroom apartment: Damage Insurance AED 350 per stay or Security Deposit AED 4000

– 5 Bedroom apartment/villa: Damage Insurance AED 400 per stay or Security Deposit AED 5000
